Electric Light Orchestra ‎– The Night The Light Went On (In Long Beach) (28-3P-704)

-is a live album by the British band Electric Light Orchestra (ELO), which also includes cover versions of foreign titles such as B. contains "Roll Over Beethoven" by Chuck Berry and "Daytripper" by the Beatles.

The album was recorded in Long Beach on May 12, 1974. Appropriately, palm trees and a neon advertising sign with the abbreviation of the band 'ELO' and the album title as well as a red traffic light at the lower edge of the picture are shown on the cover of the album in front of a blue sky.

On some copies the letters of the album title are highlighted in red: H G E W T ON G BE CH - this is a missprint as the meaning of it is not clear.
