Beck had a car accident in 1970 and had to take a long break.

1973 followed the album Beck,Bogert& Appice,for whose sales the musicians in the United States were awarded a gold record,and a successful tour of Japan.

During the tour,the live double album Beck,Bogert& Appice Live(Live in Japan),which was released exclusively in Japan in October 1973,was recorded.

The two records remained the only two album releases of the supergroup,which initially worked on another studio album,but abruptly broke up in the spring of 1974.

Wired is the second solo album by British guitarist Jeff Beck, released on Epic Records in 1976.

An instrumental album,it peaked at No. 16 on the Billboard 200 and has been certified platinum by the RIAA.
