Welcome to Moth Tales, a monthly gathering of poets, story-tellers and novelists who come together with one single aim - to let us in on how they see the world they inhabit. The community of writers who flock to The Moth & The Moon in Falmouth continually surprise and entertain us with their poetry and prose in the most convivial environment, and prove the notion that their lonely pursuit of a creative ideal is worth sharing in any form. Here, their voices are heard in every line. You will find, between the covers of this book, the best evidence that the spoken word has an absorbing and dynamic life beyond performance. This memorable selection offers us a glimpse of what to expect on any one evening - and what you are bound to return to again and again.
