Detalle de la Conservación:

- El estado general del Libro es “BUENO”.

- En la Portada tiene el nombre a bolígrafo del único propietario, estudiante de arquitectura.

- El Libro tiene diversos apuntes y anotaciones a lápiz en diferentes partes.

- El libro no ha sufrido agresiones externas como humedad, ataques de insectos, de roedores, etc.

- Tiene las marcas de un uso muy cuidado para su estudio.

- Las páginas del Texto están en buen estado, no teniendo roturas o manchas. En muy escasos puntos hay anotaciones a lápiz, signos o subrayados. Tiene las páginas ligeramente oscurecidas en sus bordes debido al tiempo.

- Las guardas están en mal estado, ya que tienen las marcas del papel cello producto de haber sido forrado el libro.

- La cubierta y los cortes están bien conservados y con poca suciedad. El corte superior está levemente más sucio.

- La sobrecubierta está en mal estado, con marcas del papel cello producto de haber sido forrado el libro, roturas en el lomo, deterioro general en sus bordes, y suciedad.

Comentarios:

- Tanto las Medidas, como el Peso, son aproximados.

- Libro ideal como pieza de estudio, consulta y entretenimiento.

- Debido a que es inevitable las diferencias de tonalidades entre fotos y realidad, se debe tener presente que los tonos de los colores de las fotos no son exactamente iguales a los tonos de los colores reales.

- El Libro presenta el desgaste propio de su tiempo, así como algunas manchas. Tiene pequeños desperfectos.
