Descripción:

- Plomada Construcción de la Segunda Mitad del S.XVII, con Pesa maciza de hierro y conservando la nuez.

- Hecha de una sola pieza, fundida en hierro. Tiene forma cilíndrica, con la cabeza fija y completa.

- Por sus características podría ser anterior, pero nos inclinamos más por la Segunda Mitad del S. XVII. Es una plomada rara y de gran calidad.

- La nuez es de madera y original de la plomada.

- Se observa claramente la junta del molde de la plomada.

- El hierro tiene una composición muy buena, conservando un brillo natural.

- Probablemente la Plomada esté realizada en el sur de Europa.

- No se ha localizado ningún distintivo, marca o contraste, que pueda facilitar datos del sitio en que se fabricó, datos del fabricante, así como otros datos.

Conservación y desperfectos:

- La Plomada se encuentran en buen estado de conservación, teniendo la Pesa muchos golpes y roces debido a su uso.

- La calidad de la fundición del hierro, y de la ejecución de la Plomada es algo basta y sin cuidar mucho el detalle, pero es buena.

- Se conserva muy buena y bonita pátina en toda la Plomada.

- La Plomada presenta el desgaste propio de su tiempo.

- Plumb bob Construction of the Second Half of the XVIIth century, with solid iron weight and conserving the nut.

- Made in one piece, cast in iron. It is cylindrical in shape, with a fixed and complete head.

- Due to its characteristics it could be earlier, but we are more inclined towards the second half of the 17th century. It is a rare and high quality plumb bob.

- The nut is made of wood and is original to the plumb bob.

- The joint of the mould of the plumb bob is clearly visible.

- The iron has a very good composition, retaining a natural lustre.

- The plumb bob was probably made in Southern Europe.

- No distinctive mark or contrast has been found that could provide information about the place where it was made, the manufacturer's details, or any other information.

Conservation and damage:

- The plumb bob is in a good state of preservation, although the weight has many knocks and scratches due to its use.
