Descripción:

- Caja joyero circular de bronce con llave y con un relieve espectacular.

- La caja está realizada por galvanoplastia mediante deposición eléctrica. Tiene una ejecución de alta calidad, cuidando mucho el detalle.

- La escena del relieve se repite en uno de los lados. La escena de la tapadera es única en toda la caja.

- En la escena de los lados aparecen personajes de la nobleza, tanto hombres como mujeres, junto a un rey, probablemente hace referencia a Luis XIV de Francia.

- En ella, se encuentran en los jardines de palacio y hacen la reverencia ante el rey. Las vestimentas coinciden con las vestimentas de finales del S. XVIII.

- La escena de la tapadera es totalmente diferente al resto. En ella se observa a la reina llevada en un carruaje, junto a varios súbditos inclinándose ante ella.

- La parte interna de la caja mantiene la tela original de la época es unas condiciones excepcionales. No tiene rotos ni enganches, se mantiene perfecta.

- En la parte interna de la bisagra tiene un número grabado, el 15, por lo que deducimos que podría ser que se hiciesen pocas cajas, de ahí la numeración.

- Se apoya sobre tres patas. En la parte trasera también tiene un contraste de una figura geométrica.

- Tiene un precioso trabajo de esmerado cuidado, lo que le ha proporcionado una bonita pátina.

Conservación y desperfectos:

- La Caja tiene una muy alta calidad de ejecución, lo que ha facilitado que se encuentre en muy buen estado de conservación.

- Mantiene su llave original, la tela completa y en perfecto estado.

- El cierre funciona a la perfección.

- Tiene pequeños roces y golpes inapreciables.

- Presenta el desgaste propio de su tiempo.

- Tanto las Medidas, como el Peso, son aproximados.

- Muy interesante como pieza de colección y como elemento decorativo.

Description:

- Circular bronze jewellery box with key and a spectacular relief.

- The box is made by electroplating by means of electrical deposition. The workmanship is of high quality, with great attention to detail.

- The relief scene is repeated on one side of the box. The scene on the lid is unique to the whole box.

- The scene on the sides depicts noblemen and noblewomen with a king, probably referring to Louis XIV of France.

- They stand in the palace gardens and bow before the king. The costumes are consistent with late 18th-century dress.

- The cover scene is completely different from the rest. It shows the queen being carried in a carriage, with several subjects bowing to her.
