Descripción:

- Medalla representando a la Virgen Inmaculada, de latón y de la Segunda Mitad del S.XIX.

- Anverso: Se representa a la Virgen Inmaculada en el centro, rodeada por tres ángeles.

- Reverso: Liso.

- Medalla con Asa plana y Anilla. Canto liso.

- No hemos encontrado ningún Contraste o Distintivo en la Medalla, que nos facilite los datos de la identidad de sus autores.

- La Medalla está realizada mediante un estilo personal con gran soltura y excelente factura, consiguiéndose en los altorrelieves unos efectos armónicos y expresivos.

Conservación y desperfectos:

- La Medalla, considerada globalmente, se encuentra en muy buen estado de conservación.

- El importante desgaste del dorado, sobre todo en el anverso, provocado por su uso y época, y unido a la buena calidad del altorrelieve, nos ha proporcionado una preciosa pátina.

- El Objeto presenta el desgaste propio de su tiempo.

- Medal representing the Immaculate Virgin, made in brass and from the second half of the 19th century.

- Obverse: The Immaculate Virgin is depicted in the centre, surrounded by three angels.

- Reverse: Plain.

- Medal with flat handle and ring. Plain edge.

- We have not found any Contrast or Distinctive on the Medal, which would provide us with information on the identity of its authors.

- The Medal is made in a personal style with great ease and excellent workmanship, achieving harmonious and expressive effects in the high reliefs.

Conservation and damage:

- Overall, the medal is in a very good state of preservation.

- The significant wear to the gilding, especially on the obverse, caused by its use and age, together with the good quality of the high relief, has given us a beautiful patina.

- The object shows the wear typical of it’s age.
