Descripción:

- El Objeto en venta es el que se corresponde con las fotos, que a su vez se complementan en esta Descripción, con el objetivo de proporcionar un mejor conocimiento del Objeto, y nunca ser una exposición detallada del mismo.

- Escultura de calamina, de la Segunda Mitad del S.XIX, con un baño de cobre plateado por galvanoplastia del que sólo quedan pequeños restos.

- La figura es el Sagrado Corazón de Jesús, con la mano izquierda en su pecho y la derecha hacia abajo con la palma hacía fuera. Tiene la cabeza inclinada hacia delante.

- El trabajo del escultor para esta figura es muy bueno, obteniéndose un resultado magnífico, a pesar de la deficiente calidad de la ejecución de esta.

- La figura de calamina tiene un baño de cobre grueso y superpuesto un baño de plata. Encima de todo ello, se le dio en su momento una capa de pintura plata brillo. Debido al desgaste producido por el tiempo, ha quedado visto el cobre en las zonas más expuestas. Se observa una mezcla de las dos platas, en las zonas menos expuestas, dejando un resultado final muy atractivo, lo que le proporciona una enriquecedora pátina.

- En la figura no se ha localizado ningún distintivo, marca o contraste, que pueda facilitar datos del sitio en que se fabricó, datos del fabricante, así como datos de sus características.

Conservación y desperfectos:

- El baño de plata presenta un importante desgaste, bastante uniforme en las zonas más expuestas.

- La figura está pintada con plata brillo, desgastada en sus partes más expuestas, dejando el cobre visto.

- La escultura, considerada globalmente, tiene una mala fundición. Además, se puede observar un defecto en la fundición que produce una fisura en el cuello y melena.

- Defecto del baño de cobre en la fisura de la fundición y en diversos puntos salteados. Tiene fácil restauración.

Comentarios:

- Tanto las Medidas, como el Peso, son aproximados.

- Muy interesante como pieza de colección y como elemento decorativo.

- Debido a que es inevitable las diferencias de tonalidades entre fotos y realidad, se debe tener presente que los tonos de los colores de las fotos no son exactamente iguales a los tonos de los colores reales.

- El Objeto presenta el desgaste propio de su tiempo, así como algunas manchas. Tiene pequeños desperfectos.

Description:

- The Object for sale is the one that corresponds to the photos, which in turn are complemented in this Description, with the objective of providing a better knowledge of the Object, and never being a detailed exposition of it.

- Sculpture of calamine, from the Second Half of the 19th century, with a bath of silvered copper by electroplating of which only small remains remain.

- The figure is the Sacred Heart of Jesus, with the left hand on his chest and the right hand down with the palm facing out. His head is bent forward.

- The sculptor's work for this figure is very good, obtaining a magnificent result, despite the poor quality of the execution of this one.

- The calamine figure has a thick copper coating and a silver overlay. On top of this, it was given a layer of silver gloss paint. Due to the wear and tear produced by time, the copper has been seen in the most exposed areas. A mixture of the two plates can be seen, in the less exposed areas, leaving a very attractive final result, which gives it an enriching patina.

- In the figure no distinctive, brand or contrast has been located, which could provide data of the place where it was manufactured, data of the manufacturer, as well as data of its characteristics.

Conservation and damage:

- The silver plating presents a significant wear and tear, quite uniform in the most exposed areas.

- The figure is painted with bright silver, worn in its most exposed parts, leaving the copper exposed.

- The sculpture, considered as a whole, has a bad casting. In addition, a defect can be observed in the casting that produces a crack in the neck and mane.

- Defect of the copper bath in the fissure of the smelting and in diverse skipped points. It has easy restoration.

Comments:

- As much the Measures, as the Weight, are approximate.

- Very interesting like piece of collection and like decorative element.

- Because it is inevitable the differences of tonalities between photos and reality, it is necessary to have present that the tones of the colors of the photos are not exactly equal to the tones of the real colors.

- The object has the wear and tear of its time, as well as some stains. It has small flaws.
