Descripción:

- Recipiente de bronce, de origen probablemente indo persa.

- Se compone de tres partes, base, cuerpo y solapa superior. Las tres unidas por soldadura.

- El cuerpo, realizado con un torno, se pueden ver en él las marcas en la parte interna de la base, y cincelado a mano en toda la zona externa.

- En la parte superior tiene una especie de solapa saliente, que hace de borde, y que también tiene toda la zona cincelada a mano.

- Realizado en bronce.

- El recipiente tiene una magnífica manufactura, realizada con todo tipo de detalle, y con buenas proporciones.

- No se ha localizado ningún distintivo, marca o contraste, que pueda facilitar datos del sitio en que se fabricó, datos del fabricante, así como otros datos.

Conservación y desperfectos:

- La conservación de la pieza es muy buena.

- Está completa y en perfecto estado.

- Mantiene una bonita pátina de época.

- Presenta el desgaste propio de su tiempo.

Description:

- Bronze vessel, probably of Indo-Persian origin.

- It consists of three parts: base, body and upper flap. All three are joined by soldering.

- The body, made on a lathe, shows marks on the inside of the base, and hand-chiselled all over the outside of the body.

- On the upper part there is a sort of protruding flap, which acts as a rim, and which is also hand-chiselled all over.

- Made of bronze.

- The vessel is superbly crafted, with great attention to detail and good proportions.

- No distinctive mark or contrast has been found that could provide information on where it was made, the maker's details, or any other information.

Conservation and damage:

- The conservation of the piece is very good.

- It is complete and in perfect condition.

- It retains a nice period patina.

- It shows the wear and tear of it’s time.
