Robusto arcón de castaño, siglo XVII. Con sus bisagras y cerradura de hierro forjado originales. Restaurado respetando al máximo su originalidad, barnizado con 2 manos de barniz acrílico mate para resaltar el color, veteado y nobleza de la madera de castaño. Esta magnífica pieza se fabricó con tablas individuales del tronco del árbol, no con distintos cortes pegados entre sí. Y le decora un faldon tallado a mano. Medidas: Largo 1.72 cm x alto 74 cm x fondo 57 cm.

Robust antique Spanish 17th century chestnut blanket chest. With it´s original hand forged iron hinges and lock. Restored respecting to the maximum the original state, varnished with 2 layers of acrylic matte varnish to highlight its natural color, grain and nobility of the chestnut wood. This magnificent piece was made with whole cuts of a tree trunk, they are not boards glued together. It is decorated with a kickboard carved by hand. Measurements: long 1.72 cm x high 74 cm x deep 57 cm.
